Upper Sacramento River Fisheries and Habitat Management Plan

This plan was developed by the Sacramento River Advisory Council after more than 50 lengthy meetings and workshops to address fisheries and riparian habitat concerns along the river. The report includes a specific and action-oriented fisheries plan addressing both the mainstem and tributaries, and a conceptual riparian habitat management plan for the mainstem.
